RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations are accepted before shipment. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be approved by AdaptogensBar.com and intact in usage.  Photos of the item will be requested to help assist with the return approval process. If you initiate a return or exchange for a reason other than a quality defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the redelivery shipping costs.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at trendingowlllc@gmail.com to provide reason for return and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label. Once same is obtained proceed to return the item securely in a suitable package as per mail carrier. You must include with the returned item the statement we will provide with the email. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $0.00 +/- will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items with missing tags, packaging, or hygiene stickers, as well as incomplete sets.
  • Items marked as non-returnable.
  • Free presents.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • A $0.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • The address of the sender on the package is NOT the return address. If you send your return package to this address, the return's processing time may be delayed. You should only return the package to the address printed on the return label.
  • Please ensure that your return package does not contain any items that you do not intend to return. We are not responsible for returning the things to you.
